WP2 - Quality Management
In the context of European project work, evaluation can be seen as a process that:
- supports the project and acts as a check on whether the targets have been met;
- allows the results to be improved based upon judgements made about the value and quality of the project and
- simplifies decision making while assisting with fundamental changes in the project, should these be necessary.

WP4 - Exploitation and Sustainability
It was the aim of the exploitation phase to find possibilities for a sustainable use of the approach of Supported Employment in the systems and labour markets of the target countries BG, RO and TR. It was, therefore, necessary to define a strategy on how to further maintain this concept and the approach within the system after the project support for the transfer itself has ended.

WP7 - Test Implementation of Supported Employment
During this workpackage period, the actual transfer and test implementation of Supported Employment in the countries BG, RO and TR took place. As an introduction to the test implementation phase a detailed feedback instrument had been developed to allow full recording of all experiences gained with the first testing of Supported Employment approaches in the three partner countries. On this basis the implementation coaches of the three countries, who hade been trained for this challenge, started implementing the steps provided by the national manuals for supported employment.
Within this testing phase, each partner country involved people with disabilities in the concept as well as organisations from the social sector and from the labour market (including public authorities). In order to give guidance and counseling during this crucial phase and to foster the sustainable integration of the system experienced coaches from Austria visited the three countries for support visits. These consultations took place during the test implementation period in May and June 2014.
